What kinds of pets do you care for?
We have a wide range of experience with all types of critters. Dogs and cats comprise most of our clients, but we also take care of horses, donkeys, fresh and saltwater fish, hamsters, rabbits, turtles, and lots of other animals. Please let us know if you have a special pet or unique needs and we'll do our very best to help you out. Back to top

 What are your service areas?

We cover all of Boise, The North End, Garden City, Eagle, Meridian, Nampa, Caldwell, and Kuna.  We’re always growing too, so feel free to Contact Us to see if we are now covering your particular area. Back to top

What type of payments do you accept and when am I charged?

We accept cash, checks, and payments through PayPal.  If you are a pet sitting client we ask that you make a payment before our services being.  If you are one of our regular dog walking or running clients you will be billed at the end of each month.  This helps us to avoid the hassle of applying credits if there is a cancelled visit during the month.  Why is there a “Meet and Greet”?

The Meet and Greet is a visit in your home that allows you to get to know us.  During this visit we will perform the following tasks:  introduce ourselves and allow your pet to get comfortable with us, pick up your key, confirm pertinent information about you and your pet (vet information, emergency contacts, billing information, special requests...), and answer any additional questions you may have.  There is no charge for this visit.  How do I know if your dog walker actually shows up?

We are responsible dog walkers. To assure your confidence, we can text you or leave you a note for each and every visit we make that will include the date and time that we were there.  We also offer GPS Tracking Reports so you can see precisely when we showed up, where exactly we ran, and for exactly how long we ran down to the second!  Isn't technology great?!?  You can also check out our blog or follow us on twitter because we give a more in depth description of each and every visit! Back to top

Where do you exercise my dog?
We typically stay around your home and neighborhood where your dog is most familiar and comfortable.  Sometimes we will go to the park or on the trails if you have some within walking or running distance.  Back to top

 Do you have boarding facilities?

No.  We strongly believe in in-home care where your pets are most comfortable. Back to top

What If I need to change my weekly schedule?

No problem, give us a call and we will work something out.  We are very accommodating and here to make your life easier! Back to top

Is it possible to get a one-time-only service?
People love us because we have no minimum visit requirements. Use us once, or, like most people, use us again and again and again. Back to top

Do you dispose of the waste when you clean my yard?
Yes.  We take it with us and dispose of it so you don't have to worry about it. Back to top

What do you need from me during Our Meet and Greet?

Please be able to tell us what you’re looking for and what would make you and your pet happiest. From that, we can tell you exactly what we can do for you. Please also provide us with one key and at least one other way of entering your home whether it be another key or garage code/hidden key...  Most clients have us hold on to their keys just in case you need us unexpectedly in the future. We can also arrange to leave your key with you afterwards.

How much notice do you need to start service?

We have a lot of happy clients so we are typically pretty busy.  So, the more notice you give us, the better.  However, we can usually accommodate whatever you need, whenever you need it. Just contact us. Back to top

 Can I make last-minute arrangements?
Yes. We know that unexpected things sometimes happen. That’s why you can call us at any time with or without notice. Plus, if we can’t help you for some reason, we’ll be happy to try and help you find someone who can. Back to top

Do you have a cancellation fee?

Yes.  We feel it is very fair too!

For Overnight Pet Sitting:
-If you cancel 7-30 days before your visits start there is a charge of 30% of the full invoice.
-If you cancel within 6 days or less before visits start there is a 50% charge of the full invoice.
-Regardless of when you cancel, any overnights scheduled that have a major holiday within them are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

Walks/Pet Sitting visits:
-Same day cancellations have a 50% cancellation fee for that day.  If you let us know the night before that you don't need us for the following day, there is no charge.

However, if you don't need us and forget to cancel and we show up to your home, you will be charged for that visit.  I'm sure everyone understands that is necessary!  Back to top

What happens if it snows or rains?
Unless there is dangerous weather, we come all year ‘round in all types of weather conditions. If you’d rather us not visit during certain types of weather, please let us know. Back to top

How will you discipline my pet, if necessary?

We believe in positive reinforcement for pets.  We will never hit, spank, slap, yell or grab your pet.  If there is a disciplinary problem we will do our best within our means and you will be informed of the incident. Back to top

 Are you insured and bonded?
